Jamison Belushi, the daughter of actor and comedian Jim Belushi, is set to appear on the Monday, July 15, episode of The Bold and the Beautiful as a lab tech named April who is working with Finn.
While this is Belushi's soap opera debut, she is no stranger to television. When she was a child, she appeared in six episodes of Life with Jim, the sitcom that starred her famous dad and Courtney Thorne Smith. She also voiced the character of Zuzu in the animated series The Glue Factory and appeared in the films The Last Summer and Hotel for the Holidays. Now, she has a pivotal part in this summer murder mystery plot.
With two Il Giardino employees turning up dead at Deacon's Italian restaurant over the course of one week, it stands to reason that they both died the same way. According to spoilers, Li and Finn are shocked on Monday when they see the results of Hollis' autopsy. Will they find out that the same poison that killed Tom also killed Hollis?
April is seen having a chat with Finn in preview photos, so she might deliver the shocking news to the mother-and-son doctor team. Li's sister, Poppy, is already a suspect in Tom's murder -- in the audience's eyes, at least -- so learning more about Hollis' death may alarm Li.
Li clearly knows something about the time Poppy spent with both Tom and Bill all those years ago, but she is not letting on what it is. Could Tom really have been Luna's dad, as he claimed?
